 | the restaurant at Sydney's famous Opera house is an amazingly exquiste feast of beautifuly crafted dishes.
starters: MORETON BAY BUG in a light chilled tomato broth with cucumber, Yarra Valley salmon roe and mint
which was delish, but could have done with more bug, a lot more of that great Moreton Bay Bug
Main: SEALED GRAINFED BEEF TENDERLOIN with a tombé of field mushrooms, baby spinach, confit of shallot and merlot sauce
fantastic tastes and the sauce was a very wild mix of great tastes complementing the beef so well.
Dessert: GRAND MARNIER SOUFFLÉ with chocolate sorbet
the 15 minutes wait for this delish dessert were well worth it, to be sat with harbour bridge views in one direction and the opera house sitting right behind was just amazing. This restaurant has a 4.5 star rating on gav's food calculator (I will get some sort of graphic representation in the near future, this is a first test)
